Investigating invasive plants, their distribution, ecological impacts, spread and management challenges.
Exploring biodiversity, understanding ecological challenges and supporting conservation through scientific research, innovation and community participation.
About TBARC Research
The Tropical Biodiversity Action and Research Centre (TBARC) is committed to supporting biodiversity research, ecological understanding and conservation awareness.
Our research hub brings together researchers, students, educators, citizen scientists and conservation practitioners to explore ecological questions and encourage evidence-based approaches to biodiversity conservation.
We aim to connect scientific knowledge with practical conservation action through research, knowledge sharing, capacity building and collaboration.
Study biodiversity, ecological processes and environmental change.
Investigate invasive species and emerging ecological threats.
Encourage knowledge exchange between students and researchers.
Promote biodiversity awareness and community participation.
